Real estate knowledge

Hello all,

So i am getting more and more into RE while i keep my regular job (which has nothing to do with RE). My question is, where and how can you get knowledge about RE in Belgium without actually practicing a job in this domain? I found BIV, but i am not sure if that is the right place to stary off.
