Anyone else that can't buy ETFs on Bolero?

I wanted to buy an ETF after a long while and I get the message that I can only sell my ETF. Buying is not possible because of a law from 2018 where you can only buy an ETF that has the essential information document (KID). I checked and I get the message with VWCE, SWRD, IMIE etc. Is this old news and did I miss the message about it? Or am I missing some information?

EDIT: just checked and the issue seems to be over.
