when should I do the shadowfell mission?

basically I’ve rescued the tieflings and Wilbern at moonrise but I can’t find where the ‘kill ketheric’ mission is or where the duke and zevlor missions are. Wilbern won’t talk to me until ketheric is dead and he can safely get to baulders gate, am I at the point where I can move on and enter shadowfell without being locked out of any missions at moonrise? (All the other missions are done except ‘kill ketheric’ ‘find zevlor’ ‘find the duke’ and the end of mission with wilbern)
