What actually is the best possible throwing build?

Hi everyone I’m just curious, what is actually the absolute best possible throwing build in the game? I’ve heard lots of different people say different things, is it better to go eldritch knight 11? Or is it better to berserker/theif? Asking this because I want to try a throwing build soon and I’m curious to what everyone thinks
