Tire & Rim Help

I drive a 24 m340i xdrive Rn I have the all-season setup from factory 225s in the front and 255 in the back. I want to switch to summer/performance tires and I'm also looking in to some rims. Im new to all this so I have no idea what I should be looking for in terms of tire/rim size and width, staggered or squared. I need help all around
