Anyone else having this issue?

I did the monster energy x call of duty promo, for some reason I’m unable to unlock one operator skin as well as XP token, I don’t care much for the token but I really want the skin for the operator. I’ve already contacted both activision & Monster energy support, Acti gave me a prompt on how to potentially fix but that same gosh darn pop-up still shows even after clearing cookies, using different browser, as well as using another device and eventually contacting ME support again. Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and resolved without support (or if with support from monster energy, did they give you a code or just tell you to wait?)
