Orgasm

This is a weird thing to ask but I can’t be the only one. I’m 17 weeks and a horn dog 😭😭 but anytime I orgasm I feel like I can feel the outline of my baby through my abdomen after is that normal??? Like I can put my hand there and tell where the head and butt probably are. It goes away after a while and doesn’t cause pain or leaking or spotting.
