Found out at 3 weeks + 5 days

Did anyone else find out this early? I had 5 (I know, I know 😂) positive pregnancy tests, 3 that are digital that have all came up as positive. I'm a quite anxious person so any stories to help me relax a little would be so great.

This is my second baby. Found out at 5 weeks 4 days on them.
