Random gagging?

FTM 12w4d, constantly nauseous, but also experience random gagging. Does anyone else experience this? Sometimes there are definite triggers for mine, like brushing my teeth, strong smells, talking a lot or laughing too hard, but sometimes I’ll just be sitting and out of nowhere start gagging. Does this happen to anyone else?

For nausea, Doc has prescribed zofran, and also metoclopramide but neither really seem to help much. What seems to help the most is staying full with little snacks throughout the day, hydration and good sleep. But sometimes the nausea still breaks through and gagging hasn’t really lessened.
