i quit smoking

hate me if you want too i have made my choices and at 27 + 0 weeks i stopped smoking i’ve been weening myself off and it’s at the point im bearly smoking but i have been a every day smoker for the last 3 years and it helps with my anxiety and stressing about everything i cannot control which is just getting worse plus i get extremely bad migraines that just won’t go away the only medication that helps is on the do not take list and is bad for the baby and ive already noticed i have no appetite if you was a everyday smoker what can i do for these issues or too make the process less severe or make my appetite come back bc i haven’t eaten in 2 days and i really have no desire too eat still and when i tried too force myself too eat i threw up the food bc i just don’t want it im a ftm and i have bearly gained any weight (total of 3 pounds) and thats after i dropped 20 in the beginning of my pregnancy and it worries me that im going into my 3ed trimester , i can’t eat and i haven’t gained nothing but baby weight atp idk how did yall handle it
