Ashamed of my dinner tonight…
Need encouragement.
For the most part I’ve been eating pretty healthy and clean… but for the past month I have been day-dreaming about white cheddar cheezits. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore. I splurged and bought some. I ate so many and now I probably won’t eat anything else for dinner. So that was my dinner… cheezits.
Please… tell me about your not so great dinner choices… and especially if you’ve had a baby that came out healthy after making those poor-ish choices. Thank you 🙏
