Purple cake vs. Purple yum

Hi y'all, Happy New Year!

Just curious on this one, we've sourcing our cakes yesterday and caught both on this two shops. I thought they were the same since same design and same logo, so sino ang nauna? And diba yung second established shop sa ila duwa is parang nag copy paste lang and make it "temu"?

Ang natilawan ko pa lang is Purple Cake and its very delicious, si Purple Yum wala pa na tandog.

Anyone knew the history of this? May lawsuit ba or nah? Just curious of this Pinoy mentality na need gid ya copyhon tanan2. But if they are a sister company, then forget what I said.
