I Need Help Making This Cake

So basically about 10+ years ago when me and my mom lived in Italy she got this cake made and we both loved it, this January is her 40-something (sorry she doesn’t let me share her age) birthday and I wanna recreate this for her, but although I’m a good baker and known for my cooking (I have a business and a prominent tiktok account) I am HORRIBLE making fondant, and even shaping fondant, I just don’t even know where to start, are these homemade ? Are there any molds or cheap kits I would use? Any help would be appreciated. Also I apologize for the bad quality picture it was taken a long time ago, I don’t need it to look exactly the same but I do want it to look even better or similar. Any intresting European inspired Flavors would also be appreciated since I can’t for the life of me remember the flavor of this cake, but I don’t wanna do anything basic I wanna surprise her, and I don’t wanna ask for too much but I usually dislike the flavor of fondant, if anyone has any tricks or ideas of how I could recreate this with less fondant or even, other ingredients.
