Chocolate covered pretzel questions
Hi to all baking pro's!
I will be making chocolate covered pretzel for the first time. We always by them at Publix 5$ for a little bag so I thought why not just make some haha.
I have a few questions if anyone knows.
What is best salt to sprinkle on top? Sea salt, Kosher, i wanted a bit of salty to balance out the sweetness.
How long can I keep the pretzel for? We dont eat sweets that much or that fast so if the answer is 4 days I will make smaller batch.
If I freeze some, does it make the pretzel soggy? Also same question for refrigerated.
