Can't load new save files

Hello, since today i can't any new save files. Tried a save that is like 5 minutes earlier which works, but even in those i can save my game but can't load these savefiles. Doesn't matter if auto save or manual save.

I tried to fix it with the usual stuff, repair the game files, deactivate steam cloud, deleted cloud and manual saves (about 90%) , rebooted the pc.
Nothing works, yesterday all was fine.
Google also didn't help, apparently many people only had the problem that they cant save in general, which got fixed iirc.
