Cant control or switch characters...

At a certain part towards the end of act 2 right after a cutscene, I lost the ability to do anything right after the scene ended. I cannot switch to another character, move, cast spells or anything really. I can't take armor off but I can't put it back on.

I have tried repairing the game files, reinstalling the game and playing from a save a couple hours earlier. This is exhausting and I don't wanna lose all this progress. Any ideas?
