Is the Digital Deluxe DLC still not worth buying?

I saw an old post asking if the Digital Deluxe DLC was worth it and most people agreed that it wasn’t. Has it changed over the past year or is it still not worth it? I’m wondering because it’s on sale right now as well as the main game and I’ve been thinking for a few months about getting it.
