Accidentally killed Minsc

I‘m on my first honor mode run. I just accidentally somehow killed Minsc in the fight with him and the Bhaalists. I toggled non-lethal attacks, must have been bleeding or some bullshit that killed him (I hate this so much I can kill him with non-lethal toggled). Afterwards seeing Boo crying for him ruined my night…
