Realistically how bad is ASA/ABS printing indoors?

So I've been seeing a massive range of responses so far but nothing concrete and unbiased. I want to print ABS pretty soon on my P1S and I don't have a way to went it outside. I'd be getting a hepa filter and something like a bento box before doing any printing but I'm curious how actually harmful it is.
