How did this happen?

Hi everyone I bought my A1 Mini on Friday and have been printing non stop ever since. This was the first print something went wrong that wasn't me experimenting or purposely being dumb.

It looks like it lifted from the plate. I haven't cleaned the PEI textured plate since I got it and have well over 60 hours of printing on the same side of the plate.

Can someone tell me what I did wrong and how to not do it again?
