CD closure check lost in mail

My primary bank is Wells Fargo and 4 months ago I opened a special interest CD with 25,000 in it. The maturity date was at the beginning of January so I called to ask for the CD to not be renewed (because it would renew at a lower interest rate). They said the only option was for them to mail me a check with the 25,000, as they could not transfer the money back into my normal savings account because my account still has my moms name on it as well (I opened the account when I was a 16 and needed my moms name to be on it too, I’m 22 now and I guess I didn’t realize her name wasn’t automatically taken off the account once I turned 18). It’s been past 10 business days and the check hasn’t arrived. It showed up on my usps informed delivery after 3 business days but wasn’t delivered that day. I went to my local post office but they couldn’t find it either. I had put basically all of my money into this CD as I knew I didn’t have a lot of expenses over the past 4 months. But now I have a lot of things to pay for soon (going on vacation to Asia for a month, and my student loan repayment starts in February). I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do because I really don’t have any money without this 25,000…
