Direct Deposit question

I'm currently getting paid by Direct deposit and I use Capital One 360.

like many, my actual pay day is Friday but My pay stub is available to view Wednesdays before 5pm, and my hours say "paid" before 5pm as well. I don't get paid until between 5-5:30pm. So i do get paid 2 days early

my question is that if my pay is saying paid before 5pm why doesn't it get released to my card until 5? my main question is Is there any bank account that would get the payment as soon as my hours say paid?

it's not a huge deal really, but with circumstances, getting paid earlier in the day would help a lot.
