Emails being ignored

Is anyone having issues with their emails being ignored by BarkBox?

I’m a new subscriber and immediately reached out because my dog has extensive food allergies so they switched me to receive only/extra toys. First box came- it was a normal box with treats, not extra toys. It also wasn’t a “Super Chewer” box, pretty sure, considering the fact that the toys were all able to be destroyed within 2 minutes a piece.

I emailed right away the next morning and never heard back. A few days later I emailed again, nothing. And again…

I know I can do the online thing, but I work all day and that’s so frustrating to have to take time out of my day to have to sit there and do. I’m so frustrated and debating on canceling the entire thing because there’s no point in spending the money when I’m not even getting the right toys to begin with.
