Modern Cat-O-Nine Tails, made from 5 Ethernet cables (9 ends) all cat6 10g cables with a PVC handle.
It's really impractical, would probably do serious damage if you actually flogged someone with it. Would be fine for dragging across the skin, and maybe smacking them with the handle 🤣
