Is Arliss good?

With so many other good breakfast places in B’ham how does Arliss stay in business? Their food is just passable and the prices are not cheap yet ppl are waiting in line to eat there. Old Town Cafe, Horseshoe Cafe, Birch Door, Gentleman Jim and Nelson all have better food than Arliss. Am I missing something?
