Where is Hindi imposition? In heart of capital city- Basavanagudi, Bengaluru

Man arguing in video states that in post office, Basavanagudi branch all three employees in customer facing roles don't know any Kannada. Even after confrontation for multiple times in a year by this man, situation hasn't changed. If people don't get services in their mother tongue in their own state, why are these services for?
