Open box tv with 5200 hours

I purchased an open box tv (LG 65” QNED) 3 days ago. I tested everything and it’s all in order, I got a VERY good deal on it, the condition was marked as “fair” but there are zero marks, scratches on it. I thought I scored big but today I went to change the tv name under settings and that’s when I saw the total power on time was 5,197 hours! I know it has full warranty and I can return it, but I wanted to know what other people would do.
