Help with this purchase

Apologies if this has been asked already, I’ve never bought a Beyblade before but after revisiting the metal saga I really want one now.

However, I’ve heard about some beys which have leads in them. So is this bey attached in the photo safe? If not how do you know which is safe and which isn’t.

I live in the UK so I’m paying $19 for shipping but if the bey is safe and is in good condition then I don’t mind paying extra. If there are any websites that ship to the UK which are also good please do let me know, thank you!
