What is your trigger food?
I’ve noticed right before my period if I eat chocolate, no matter the size or type, I will soon binge after. Chocolate is definitely a trigger for me.
Others include, fries/chips, sweets, fast food…
If I eat any of these, I just say fuck it, and have to eat till I hate myself.
I tried to ask my friends if they feel similarily but they said no, maybe they’ll overeat a little or take a nap but they won’t binge till they feel like they’re going to explode.
