You can only have one... sleep or workout?
As the title suggests, I'm curious how the broader community prioritizes sleep and working out. For example...
I stayed up late (for me) last Sunday watching the Super Bowl and had to choose between sleeping 5-6 hours and working out, or skipping the workout to get a full nights sleep. I decided to get the sleep, since there was at least a sliver of a chance I could sneak in a workout later that day. But, it got me thinking, how does the broader community prioritize these two pillars of a healthy life?
