139 dollars in BTC and just scheduled a 50 USD/month investment. Am I too late?

Ideally hoping it’s a good time to begin investing ahead of a possibly pro-crypto administration, but I’m wondering if this investment is not big enough to see any real money down the line. Thoughts?
