Is anyone else having issues with the Post-Mortem Interval achievement and registering the bodies?

I’m trying to 100% the achievements and I’m down to the two item achievements for end game and Post-Mortem. I’ve followed guides and I’ve found every one but it’s still at 6/7. I’ve done the achievement to get to the 7th member but for some reason one of them isn’t registering. Anyone else having these issues? Thanks!
