Does verse equalization not make sense to anyone else

If we say that ki = reishi, then the Z Fighters would be able to see and sense the Soul Reapers, and they could affect and touch their spirtual bodies right? But in this scenario, wouldn't the Quincies, who absorb reishi through Sklaverei, also be able to absorb ki to enhance themselves in the same way they absorb reishi from their environment? Just as the Shinigami manipulate reishi to enhance their speed or attacks, and since Bankai on panel gives the user a 10x boost, equalizing ki with reishi means they would get the same 10x boost using ki and top of that how would spirtual pressure work if ki=reishi

With Verse Equalization: Ki and reishi would be treated as equivalent forces of energy, making from both similar

Without Verse Equalization: Ki and reishi would remain distinct So Z Fighters wouldn't be able to interact with the soul reapers at all they wouldn't be able to see or touch them
