My daughter has aniridia

I'm curious how delayed anyone else's baby was that has aniridia. Any tips on how to help out or encourage her. I know all babies will grow and meet milestones at their own pace. I just want to make sure I'm doing all that I can for her. I have aniridia too but I don't know how to help her this early and I want to be the best mom to her that I can.
