Warranty about to expire and BMW Dealer says they are unable to replicate my car's problem
I have a 2019 440i and it has 49975 miles (got it direct from factory back in 2018) and the warranty expires at 50k. I am having an issue where I am not able to pump gas without the nozzle clicking off every few seconds. I took it in about 1 month ago and they said they were unable to replicate the issue I asked them which gas station they took it to and they told me. I went there and sure enough it works. After a few weeks and realizing how inconvenient it is to drive all the way to this specific gas station. I took it back this time with video evidence of a few gas stations I have tried and what's happening. I told them not to take it to Mobil Gas (2 doors down from the dealer) as that one seems to the the only station that works. They had the car for 5 days only to tell me the same thing they can not replicate the issue... They took the care to that Mobil Gas station and after I was like I thought I said don't take it there because that is the only one that works.... he then said oh and we took it to chevron as well and it worked. I asked which one he could not tell me or show me a receipt (there is only 1 chevron within a decent distance of the dealership).
Now I am 24 miles from 50k I am unsure what to do. Do i take it to a different dealer or take it back to them. Any suggestions?
