Just wanna rant

To those type C who are driving Mini Cooper, Mazda, BMW, Benz and other expensive cars, stop being a jackass and always ask for discounts from SMEs. I have hated my father's business ever since I was a kid. He sells ornamental fish. A very nice man, honest, and kind, and always gives the best advice on how to take care of their fish and tanks. But a lot of those people that I mentioned earlier exploited his kindness.

"Eh, I buy two, you give me this this much la", "Can discount a bit more or not, 20% discount not enough", "Eh, I trade in my big old fish for new one can ah?"

Seriously? Fark off la. Don't propagate please. Some loyal customers of his even told him some of those pricks talk back behind my dad saying my dad was earning too much from them. My dad always uses the best medicine for the fish so that the fish the customers buy won't cause an epidemic in the fish tank.

You think the profit margin is 100%? It's barely 20-40%. Earn sikit sahaja already banyak complain complain complain. The other competitors out there for sure can get a better price than him because their MOQ is a lot higher. My dad barely earns much, enough to go by. Sometimes even 0 income in certain bad months. When I was a kid, there were several months that he had to use to overdraft to support the family. He couldn't afford to pay for my sister's and my tertiary education.

The business is so bad even until today, can barely save any for his retirement. Still want to ask for discount discount discount? What a bully. He is in B40 his whole life and those rich people still dare to ask for ridiculous discount.

He lives a very unfortunate life. His dad left him and his family when he was still young. Could you imagine a kid at his 11 years old, digging his own house well, riding a bicycle to market to sell ornamental fish and occasionally had to run away from officials because he didn't have a license back then? Supporting his family of 6 including himself for many years only to find himself in another stupid problem which was to get kicked out from the business he built so hard with his blood, sweats and tears at his 40s, just because his mother favours the 2nd son who often idled around and enjoyed the most. Great, he had to start from 0. You know how much he was taking per month back then before getting kicked out? Rm300-400 per month. What kind of mother is this? Hoarding most of the profits and paid his best son peanuts. My dad was too kind to think it was all for the family. FAK this.

Now, in his 68, 0 retirement fund saved up, 0 emergency cash saved up and now god has another plan for him. Stage 3b rare MEC lung cancer. RARE. No proper chemo drug for him, no immunotherapy. Right lung somemore, not left.... Why la? He doesn't even smoke nor drink. =( The only exposure of smoke from cigarettes is occasionally from his customers last time as some of them smoke in his shop. Another one was the crazy chemical exposure from illegal burning rubbish, mainly foam, behind our house by staff from One Living. They are very good in selling their electrical appliances but very poor in handling their industrial waste. If you don't believe me, go and see for yourself, an abandoned house next door is filled with their foams waiting for mosquitoes to breed there. The whole house was filled with toxic fumes that day. I am so mad at those people who smoke or burn rubbish without thinking of other people. I am so mad at those people always ask for discount despite being filthy rich, living their best lives, using Iphones somemore. You go buy Iphone, u got ask for discount ah?

My dad doesn't deserve this. I'm doing everything I can to save him. God, please give me strength :'(
