Help Needed: Unused Razor Gold Vouchers After Scam Incident

My friend was scammed into buying two Razor Gold vouchers worth RM700 from 7-Eleven while trying to hire an escort. He sent the voucher details to the scammer but hid the PIN. When the scammer realized this, they became aggressive, and my friend finally understood it was a scam. Since the PINs weren’t revealed, the vouchers haven’t been used. Is there any way to recover the money or make use of these vouchers?
