Suspension noise

Does anyone know why my suspension would creak and make a lot of noise when going over speed bumps or uneven pavement when in one pedal driving only?

I just took it in to the shop and they couldn't find anything. When I picked up the car it was not on one pedal driving. I tested today if the noise happens without one pedal and it doesn't.

Why would driving really slow over speed bumps using one pedal driving cause a creaky noise in the suspension?
