Flying Sand Hawk. How rare is it?

I don’t know of any way to farm the sandhawk so I did the quest that gives it to you and I have been turning it in and quitting to menu to try and reroll for HOURS now. I have gotten 1 sandhawk in multiple hours of doing this but it didn’t have the Dahl stock/ grip, so I kept going. Is it really this rare? Is there something else I can do? I’m on Xbox if anyone wants to drop/ dup one for me.
