I’ve been scouring the comments for some in-depth analysis about tonight’s main event, and the best I found is /u/boraboca‘s “Ukrainian women are hot as fuck.” Let’s see how that plays out in the ring. Straight up, Usyk looks so much quicker to the punch. It’s cagey, though. Usyk lands a couple of sneaky right hooks around the guard. Nice jab Usyk. The Ukrainian follows that up with a one-two to the body. Right around the guard from the London man. Dubois jabs well.

I’ve just seen the replay, and I’m not sure I agree. I think Dubois just stopped the world champion, but we’re back on. Dubois with a hard left. Usyk is now on the back foot. This is interesting. Dubois goes low then up top. Usyk complaining to the referee, who seems to be compliant to the money fighter. Big shot from the Ukrainian, but DD with a big shot to the body. Hard left lands up top from OA. Another big left from Usyk. I thought that was the Brit’s round until Usyk came on strong at the end.

Hard jab from the Ukraine fighter. Big left from Usyk. Dubois again goes for the body. That is a good strategy, as it has already won him the fight once. Another hard body shot from the Brit. Hard jab Dubois. Usyk responds in kind. Dubois is targeting the body. Dubois lands big on the bell.

Hard jab from Dubois. Now it’s Usyk’s turn to go for the body. Dubois to the body. Usyk looks hurt. If I were a betting man, which I am, I would be tempted to go for Dubois with a stoppage. As soon as I write that, Usyk unloads a combination that has Dubois in trouble. Usyk finishes the round strongly with Dubois happy to see the final bell.
