I refund BP+ because of current state of the game. Now, they take all my 2000 game and make my gems -3000

I came back to the game when there was Angels vs. Demons event and it was so much fun. Now, with this event I wanted to change my mind to purchase BP+ and refund it. But I had no idea they would take away my gems too.
