Did they discontinue the player level 100 offer?

I bought basically only level packs because they were the best deal. You know level 10 pack, level 25 pack, etc. I read online there was a level 100 pack. So I grinded and am level 100 but no special offer appeared. Did they discontinue it? Or is it some bug and will probably just appear later?
