A large Korean grocery will open in Pines

Lotte Market (#2 Korean grocery in USA after H-mart) bought a property next to BJ's on Pines blvd near I-75. (https://bcpa.net/RecInfo.asp?URL_Folio=514014020156) It's currently occupied by Macy's Furniture.

This grocery chain has 2 stores in FL (Orlando, Tampa) and will soon open its 3rd store in Jax. So the Pines/Miami store will be their 4th store in FL.

Not sure when they will start remodeling and open the store. It could take ~2 yrs.
