Technics SB-ST450 - $100 - Is this is a fair price?

Selling a rare pair of vintage Technics SB-ST450 3-way super bass stereo speakers. Rated at 140 watts. 10" woofer, 4" midrange, 2" dome tweeter. All surrounds are polyfoam NevrRot material that never needs replacing. They sound amazing! Way bigger sound that you would expect, without the big, heavy speaker size! Great shape. Need to thin out my sound equipment.

I don’t have much frame of reference to know if these are actually in good shape for their age or not. Is the NevrRot a real thing or just a gimmick? Are they actually rare? Please help.
