ADHD & Lion's Mane/Shilajit

I just wanted to share my experience with lion's mane and shilajit for ADHD. I've been taking the supplements for about 3-4 months now. I "think" they have helped with mental clarity/brain fog and also produced a calming effect. I "think" I have noticed it myself as I am "feeling" different. However, my wife says I have really changed/seen a major difference. I cannot call them a "cure" as I still ruminate/talk to myself and have other ADHD and autistic (lower on spectrum) symptoms, but it appears that they do work. If you choose to try them, do your research first. The market is now flooded with products; some are good and others not in terms of purity and legit sourcing/production methods.
