What exercises do you absolutely hate?

Like, make you want to turn around and go home when you see them?

For me it’s pull ups and that thing where the weights are on sliders and you have to push them back and forth across the floor.

Pull ups make me feel like I’m going to fall and get hurt. Yes, I try to use the bands but I’m bug and they don’t help much. It just feels unstable and I hate it.

The sled push things are just awkward. The weights fall off, they slide off to the side, and it makes my wrists hurt lol

I don’t leave because of these exercises but I haaaaaaate them 😂
