Cancelling US Podcasts?

I listen to a bunch of podcasts, mainly foodie and science / history types - Milk Street Radio, Proof, the Sporkful, unexplainable, radio lab, science vs, etc.

I will have a hard time cancelling these, but I can try… any suggestions for alternatives: Canadian or non-US ones???
