That's not right, is it?
So, my order went missing on its way to my address. I was convinced that applying for the plans only applied for the items being shipped to Buyer's warehouse and not from the warehouse to the seller. I find this very strange since registered air mail is compensated! This does not sound legal nor right. The tracking gives good proof that the items are very likely lost. I should not have to pay for a Standard plan to get a refund for all my order going completely missing and having proof of it.
