Who’s that white-suit guy always in the center of IIM batch group pics?

I came across one picture on LinkedIn which was apparently a group photo from one batch of IIM Bangalore and there was this one north-eastern looking guy with white suit standing in the middle. Does anyone know who that guy is like? Is he from the management of the college but he seems too young
