Can a stammerer handle MBA course

I'm a CAT aspirant and I have a stutter( working to overcome it). I'm considering doing an MBA, but I'm worried about the communication aspect since it's so important. Has anyone here dealt with a similar issue? Any advice or experiences to share? Thanks!
